Kimani re-appointed Kenya 7s strength and conditioning coach


The Kenya Rugby Union has re-appointed Geoffrey Kimani as the strength and conditioning coach.
This will be Kimani’s third stint at the same role as he worked with former Shujaa head coach Benjamin Ayimba from 2008-2011 and 2015-2016.
Kimani also had a short stint with the Uganda national 7s team where he served as the strength and conditioning tactician.
The Kenya 7s team is expected to have a busy schedule in the 2017/2018 season which will start wuth the Cape Town 7s in December.
The team is also gearing up towards next year’s commonwealth games as well as the Rugby 7s world cup in USA.
