Confirmed:Laiser Hill to participate in EA school games

The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) has cleared national runners up Laiser Hill Academy to take part in the forthcoming East Africa games.
Laiser Hill had been banned after it was alleged that they had fielded an ineligible player,Ephraim Oduor at the national showpiece.
Speaking to nation sport, KSSSA chairperson Chemutai Ng’etich said that an appeal by Laiser Hill was successful and therefore they will be among the schools travelling to Uganda.
“Laiser Hill proved that the player in question did not play or feature in any match list in the competition and there was a misunderstanding in the zonal team sheet…It is only fair to give them their slot back,”said Ng’etich.
The East Africa Games are set to be held in Gulu,Uganda starting 17th August and conclude on the 26th.
