Kabras RFC man Philip Wokorach was in fantastic form as Uganda Cranes handed Tunisia yet another heavy defeat after seeing them off 78-17 in a clash staged at the legends rugby grounds in Kampala.
Wokorach drilled in 8 conversions,a penalty and capped it all with two tries,the first time that he was touching down in the 2017 Africa Gold Cup as the Ugandans cruised to their second win of the competition.
Uganda managed to score through tries from Charles Uhuru, Philip Wokorach,captain Brian Odong,Ivan Magomu taking a 43-0 lead to the break.
On resumption,they continued from where they had left it as Michael Wokorach,Pius Ogena,Mathias Ochwo,Solomon Okia and Philip Wokorach touched down with Tunisia managing to touch down thrice courtesy of Dhif Acharaf,Naser and Abes kerfani and converting once.The loss piles more misery to the Tunisians who had fallen 100-10 to Kenya Simbas only a week ago.
The huge win ensured that Uganda are so far unbeaten in the Africa Gold Cup having picked two wins and a draw.
