Kenya Simbas flanker Davies Chenge expressed optimism ahead of Saturday’s Africa Gold Cup match against Senegal at the RFUEA grounds.

On the team’s recent perfomances so far,Chenge said that playing together for a long time is helping the players to gel as well as assisting them to try a variety of team combinations.
“We have had easy and tough matches and we are learning from each game so the more we play together the more we get to gel as a team, allowing us try different combinations,”he said.
Chenge concluded by urging fans to turn up in large numbers at the RFUEA grounds as they have always done and cheer up the team as they seek to claim a second win on the trot.
“I call upon them to come and cheer us on because we play to put smiles on their faces,”he concluded.
