The departure date for schools set to represent the country in the forthcoming FEASSA games slated for Uganda has been confirmed.
According to the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA),the participating teams will converge in Busia on 15th and 16th August for coordination before travelling to Gulu,Uganda on 17th August.
The games are set to commence on 19th August and run till 26th before the teams travel back to the country.
In rugby 15s,Kenya will be represented by national champions Kakamega High School and Upperhill School after the two schools claimed a podium finish at the National games held in April in Nairobi. Laiser who finished second are doubtful.
Kenya’s representatives in sevens will be National champions Menengai High School,Chavakali and Muhuri Muchiri who are set to make a maiden appearance at the regional showpiece.
