Frenchman Thomas Charabas has been named as the centre referee of the Saturday’s Africa Gold Cup clash between Kenya and Senegal
The 28 year old will work hand in hand with Oscar Lambert and Nicardo Pienaar who are of Namibian Nationality. The two will be serve as the first and second assistant respectively.
The match’s commissioner of the clash which will kick off at 1400 hours at RFUEA will be Zambian international Joseph Ingwe.
Charabas currently officiates in the French top tier, Top 14 and he was part of the officials in the World Rugby U20 Championship in 2016.
Kenya will be seeking to build on match day two result that saw them pick a 100-10 victory against Tunisia in Nairobi. It will be Simba’ s final home match in the Africa Cup.
Senegal on the other hand will be fighting to register their first win this season. They have lost all their opening three clashes.
