Cranes coach heaps praise on Kabras star ahead of Kenya clash

Uganda Cranes assistant coach Robert Sseguya has praised his star player Ivan Kirabo as they prepare to face off against Kenya this evening starting 1600 hrs in an Elgon cup first leg clash at the Legends Rugby club in Kampala
Sseguya who is a stand in coach in the absence of their headcoach said that Kirabo’s participation in the Kenya cup has really built him and that the Kabras Sugar danger man is ready for the uphill task that awaits them.
“Kirabo has been playing in a strong league and showed in the trial games that he is ready for the slot,”Sseguya said of Kirabo’s rise to the number 9 position.
Eighth man Marvin Odong and Philip Wokorach who is set to start at full back were also optimistic ahead of the clash.
“We intend to fire from all cylinders.We are going all out as a team”,Odong revealed.
Wokorach on the other hand said that they have been practicing together and the team has now found its rhythm.”We have been practicing together and we can combine well.We are ready to play,”Concluded Wokorach who earned his 30th international cap in the reverse fixture last year.
