Kenya 15s to hold sessions with Super Rugby and Currie cup sides


Kenya Simbas is set to hold a joint training sessions this wednesday with Currie Cup side and record winners Western Province in Cape Town.
The Kenya Rugby union revealed that another joint training session will be on Thursday where the side will have a chance to train with Super Rugby Franchise side Stormers that is also located in Cape Town.
The team played its first test match on Tuesday against former SARU champions and lost 26-12.
Team Manager Wangila Simiyu says the match was used to test their game plans and different combinations.
“Our principal aim was to test our structures and various playing combinations,” he told Kenya Rugby.
The team is preparing for the upcoming international duty which will kick off with a clash against neighbours Uganda Cranes.
