Impala Saracens beat Kenya Harlequins 25-15 in a match played on Saturday to reach the Enterprise cup Semis for the third time in a row.
Kevin Keegan put Quins in an early lead but Impala managed to overtake them with a try from Sindindi that was converted by Okowa.
Mohammed Omollo added the second try that was converted by Okowa for a 14-3 lead.
In the final half Okowa extended the lead by three points with his penalty before Quins pulled back two tries and converted one to reduce the gap to two points.
The recovery was hampered after Omer scored another try for Impala and Okowa converted while Omollo scored a penalty to sent the scores to 25-15.
In Kakamega a brace from Suli Tavodi, Dan Sikuta and try each from Philip Wokorach, John Mungao saw Kabras thrash Nondies 50-11 to register the biggest win of the weekend.
At KCB sport club, KCB beat Blak Blad 48-6 to reach the Semis for third time in a row.
Two penalties scored by Blad saw them avoid a 48-0 loss to KCB which they suffered during their last visit to the den.
