Kenya 15s stand in skipper Davis Chenge is confident that the South African tour will help the side improve their tactical abilities ahead of the upcoming international assignments.
Kenya Simba jetted out of the country on Friday for a 10 day camp in South Africa where they will have their training sessions before returning home for the match against Germany that will be on 27th May.
Chenge who has been handed the captain role in absence of team captain Wilson Kopondo believes that the trip offers a great opportunity for the coaches to sharpen side.
He revealed that they will play a test match to put into practice what they have been working on in the training camp.

“We are heading to South Africa for a 10 day camp where we will have a chance to work with a number of coaches to fortify our tactical and physical abilities. We will also play a build match which will give us a chance to test our systems and tactics ahead of the Germany test on 27th May, Chenge was quoted by KRU.
Assistant captain Darwin Mukidza will miss the trip due to Kenya 7s assignments and former 7s fly half Biko Adema will hold the assistant captain role.
